American entrepreneur Elon Musk plans to build his own utopia city near the capital of Texas, Austin, according to the Wall Street Journal, citing sources.
According to the publication, during meetings with landowners and real estate agents, Musk described the idea of \u200b\u200bfounding his own city as creating a Texas utopia located along the Colorado River, where employees of his companies can live and work.
It is noted that the planned city, which Musk wants to call Snailbrook (Snailbrook), is adjacent to the under construction enterprises of companies Boring and SpaceX. In addition, modular houses, a swimming pool, an outdoor sports ground and a gym have already been built on the site of the city of Mask.
According to the publication, Musk discussed the visual project of the city several times with his ex-girlfriend – Canadian singer Grimes and rapper Kanye West.
Texas law requires the city of Musca to have at least 201 residents before it can apply to register the city. According to a spokesman for Bastrop County, where the Snailbrook under construction is located, at the moment the administration has not received a corresponding statement from either Musk himself or his organizations.
